Corbijn Sessions finale: Anton Corbijn last call

April 30, 20:00–2:00

Anton Corbijn finale

Corbijn Sessions at Fotografiska

Corbijn Sessions is a music-focused special program accompanying the entire Anton Corbijn exhibition at Fotografiska. It showcases a mix of large and small, intimate and crowded, intense and vibrant Corbijn experiences, including parties, DJ sets, performances, film screenings, workshops, special tours, and more.

Final Call

Anton Corbijn’s exhibition concludes on Thursday, April 30. To mark the finale, we’re extending the Corbijn Sessions series with a special event and, exceptionally, bringing the Fotografiska Night Shift to Thursday. Everything is designed to give the exhibition a fitting send-off, celebrate Corbijn’s legacy together, and let the stories of the exhibition continue.

The microphone is open all evening, because not everything has been said yet, and perhaps the most interesting stories are still untold. On the closing night, we invite you to share your own memories of Corbijn and his music universe. What does Anton Corbijn mean to you? Which album covers he created have stayed with you for years? Are you a fan of Nick Cave, Depeche Mode, or U2? The mic is yours, come to speak, or just come to listen.

After midnight (around 00:30), Marten Kuningas will take over the DJ deck, continuing the evening on the same Corbijn-inspired waves. We’ll dance and celebrate until 2:00, when the exhibition doors close.

Marten Kuningas concert 23:00

Marten Kuningas, together with Miljardid, presents his interpretation of the greatest works of artists captured by Anton Corbijn – including David Bowie, Depeche Mode, U2, David Byrne, and Talking Heads.

Kuningas, known for his compelling tributes to Bowie and The Beatles, approaches this music with sensitivity and a unique personal touch. This concert also celebrates the final day of Anton Corbijn’s solo exhibition at Fotografiska Tallinn.

Separate ticket.

Anton Corbijn at Fotografiska: 24 January – 30 April

Anton Corbijn’s unmistakable visual signature has powerfully shaped the language of contemporary music and culture. The legendary photographer’s major retrospective, Corbijn, Anton, travels through five creative decades of his career – each frame steeped in the artist’s characteristic twilight, inhabited by someone who truly matters.

Featuring over 150 works, the exhibition opens up an authentic and extraordinary world, where Depeche Mode, David Bowie, U2, Patti Smith, and many others look back at us – figures who have left their mark, and whose mark Corbijn has in turn shaped. The experience is enriched by a video room bringing together Corbijn’s videography and iconic music videos that have defined generations.

Corbijn’s legacy and footprint in music are rock-solid – and this exhibition is a celebration of exactly that.
