Soft, airy and irresistibly enticing – Fotografiska Bao Brunch is a Sunday that begins slowly and ends in a celebration of flavor. On January 4, Fotografiska’s restaurant welcomes guests to a bao menu where textures meet bold tastes, accompanied by a wide selection of sparkling drinks.
The brunch offers an à la carte selection of 3–4 baos, making up a total of three courses that include meat, fish, and a plant-based option – perfectly balanced so that every bite brings a surprise.

Five-spice pulled duck bao
Pork belly bao with house-made hoisin and zesty cucumber
Fish bao with crispy pike-perch and mushroom XO sauce
Dashi-marinated shiitake bao with sesame aioli and crunchy nuts

Bao is like a warm, embracing little cloud in the palm of your hand. I once had a full-on bao obsession – I traveled the world to taste as many different baos as possible. This menu is a reflection of those journeys.
